Earn up to £4000 per month working as a Door Supervisor or Corporate Security Guard. The security guard training will allow a learner to apply for an SIA security guard license. The license will allow the individual to work in the UK security industry as a security guard. This Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (NVQ), students will learn how to promote effective communication in care settings, effective handling of information in care settings, continuous professional development, and more. The NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care must be completed in 24 months, but can be finished sooner. To apply for a CSCS card you must pass the appropriate level of CITB Health, safety and environment test.. Industry Accreditation applies to anyone who wishes to or already working in any construction site. The exam consists of multiple choice questions relating to health and safety. It is a paperless set by CTIB via computer screen. Olive perspective is to prepare candidate for the exam and the application for CSCS Card after passing the exam. Conflict Management
Conflicts can happen in any workplace and in any industry, no matter how many employees are in the business. It can happen between individuals, between staff and a customer or patient, or between larger groups of employees. .

First Aid at Work
There are three branches of first Aid namely Emergency, Full first Aid training and Mental Health First Aid. The course applies to anyone who is carrying out their task in a working environment and in some organization such as healthcare providers. This comprehensive three-day first aid at work course is designed to provide the first aider with the skills required to give effective life support, diagnose and treat injuries or illness and maintain care and comfort for the casualty. The emphasis is placed on dealing with life threatening situations to help ensure that the casualty is kept alive until professional help arrives First aid is usually compulsory for every worker.

Safer training solutions have been providing PMVA and physical intervention training through our diverse group of trainers from a number of sectors including police, military, health and care, education and entertainment, providing training in care homes for children with complex needs, mental health care establishments and elderly care homes We tailor our courses for your particular establishment and situations, we will provide a full audit of all of the situations where you might encounter aggression and physical assault and will work with you to develop a prevention and an action plan to help deal with this. where we come in, to support the student to structure and write their assignment to avoid lapse of period for submission.
