Teaching in the Lifelong Sector

Reaching and assessing usually sounds like a daunting task and a difficult career. That is not true as olive Academy has simplified the process of earning relevant qualifications that leads you straight to becoming a teacher and an assessor in the Lifelong sector. The Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 3/4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) is the initial qualification, that was studied at QCF Level 3 or 4 to start a candidate to teaching in Further Education Education in the United Kingdom. Award in Education Level 3/PTLLS

 

This is the minimum qualification you need to start teaching in the Lifelong Sector. There are no formal entry requirements. The course is assessed by a combination of assignments and observation of teaching practice through simulation of teaching known as micro-teaching in Unit 2. . The Awarding body provides  assessment pack. Candidates are required to have evidence of level 3 vocational skills for the area in which they will teach/train after completion of the course, for example  Full Level 3 First Aid Training Certificate, Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care etc.

Duration 4 days : Attendance daily 9 am to 5 pm Prize #450

Level 3 Diploma Conflict Resolution & Management

The prime purpose of conflict management training is to maintain  personal safety of staff and others. Conflict management training helps maintain a positive work environment, fosters collaboration and prevents disputes from escalating into larger issues with potential legal risks. During the course, you'll learn how to: prevent, contain and resolve conflict. communicate more effectively with your team. build trust and find common ground. Olive's Conflict Management training is designed to provide learners with the skills and confidence they need  to safely and calm resolve  conflict situations.

Level 3 Certificate in

Assessing Vocational Achievements(CAVA) 

This is the minimum qualification a person needs to bee able to assess learning in the Lifelong Sector.   The course provides the candidate with the knowledge, skills and understanding required to assess occupational competence and vocational achievement, usually in a college, training Centre, workshop, classroom, or other training environment. This qualification allows you to assess achievement against specified criteria in addition to assessing occupational competence in the work setting, vocational skills, knowledge and understanding. The minimum Age requirement is 18 and the l earners should have or be working towards a minimum of level 2 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent. Learners must have at least 2 candidates to asses during the course.

Teaching First Aid in the Lifelong Sector

Teaching and assessing in the lifelong sector are not such a daunting task as some people would have you believe. The Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 3/4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) is an initial teacher   training qualification, that was studied at QCF Level 3 or 4, for teaching in further education and the lifelong learning sector of education in the the United Kingdom. By this directive from the Education Ministry, the minimum qualification one needs to start a career in teaching in the lifelong sector is level 3/4 certificate in education or Award in Education level 3. here are two examples of combinations that qualifies a person to teach in those subject areas

The Combination of Courses needed to qualify as teacher assessor of First Aid At Work

Olive Vocational academy gas put together this combination of qualifications the candidate needs to be able to teach and assess in the Lifelong Sector. Please note that the individual could teach or assess at any time in their chosen sunject for example First Aid, but for better emplyability acquiring both qualifications makes it easier and better, and for this reason Olive put this combination together for an affordable price
