It is obligatory that all those who work as corers/ support workers must know how to keep people safe and meet their needs and that is the aim for having the standard skills and knowledge required for the role. The Care Certificate standard scheme contains detailed learning outcome s and skills a care/support workers  should have to qualify to work unsupervised in Healthcare setting. It is made up of fifteen standards that equip these workers with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their role and deliver suitable care.  Please not that  this course  requires a practical assessment by an assessor in your workplace

 This is an ideal course for those already working in Care and seeking to elevate  their career to managerial level in a health and social care . The course will  equips learners with fundamental knowledge and skills to manage a care residential home in the United Kingdom. This course can be offered online or in classroom setting at Olive Centers in the UK

. The minimum duration to complete the course is one year offers  thereby giving learners the opportunity to work at their own pace

Teaching and assessing in the lifelong sector are not such a daunting task as some people would have you believe. The Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 3/4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) is an initial teacher   training qualification, that was studied at QCF Level 3 or 4, for teaching in further education and the lifelong learning sector of education in the the United Kingdom. By this directive from the Education Ministry, the minimum qualification one needs to start a career in teaching in the lifelong sector is level 3/4 certificate in education or Award in Education level 3. here are two examples of combinations that qualifies a person to teach in those subject areas

Teaching in the Lifelong Sector title of the service you provide

Olive Vocational Academy had put this combination together and with our one to one tutoring capacity and up to date resouces, we work with the candidate until completion of the courses. Olive guarantees the shortest possible time within which the candidate would be able to compleye all assignment. The candidate will have the opportunity to study at their own pace and expected to complete each course in the list within three to four months. We encourage candidates to dedicate more time to their work to enable them complete all assignments in at least fourteen months
